Arrival at the hotel. You will be greeted by our staff with a welcome drink and a presentation of the programm and the hotel. Dinner with a choice of 3-course menu and buffet of starters and salads.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Day 2: Verona and the Valpolicella<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Drive to Verona, the ancient Roman city on the Adige with typical Italian flair. City tour from Piazza Bra with the world-famous arena, along Via Mazzini with its many shops to Piazza Erbe and the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet. Time at leisure.<\/span><\/p>\n The Valpolicella region, also called the “valley of the many cellars” is known worldwide for its award-winning red wines (Amarone) and its red marble. Here we stop at a wine estate for a wine tasting and a snack.<\/span><\/p>\n Back at the hotel and dinner with a choice of 3-course menu and buffet of starters and salads.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Day 3: Lake Iseo with panoramic drive to Monte Isola<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Drive to Lake Iseo, framed in the west by high, spectacular cliffs and in the south by the famous wine-growing region of Franciacorta. Christo built his floating piers here in 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n During a wonderful panoramic boat trip, we cruise past Isola San Paolo, Isola Loreto to Monte Isola, the largest island in Lake Iseo. Stroll in the small fishing village.<\/span><\/p>\n On the way back, option on request to stop for a guided tour and tasting of the unique Franciacorta at a beautiful winery.<\/span><\/p>\n Back at the hotel and dinner with a choice of 3-course menu and buffet of starters and salads.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Day 4: Olive harvest and Sal\u00f2<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Drive to the olive farm for a walk through the olive groves with the olive grower. He will explain the secrets of the olive trees, the different types of olives and the production of the oil. The guests have the opportunity to harvest olives first hand, a unique experience!<\/span><\/p>\n Tasting of olive oil – the liquid gold – and lunch with a variety of bruschetta, spaghettata or similar (warm pasta dish!), Dessert, 3 wines (red, white, ros\u00e9), grappa and limoncello<\/span><\/p>\n The beautiful farm offers delightful views over the olive groves and vineyards.<\/span><\/p>\n Next stop in Sal\u00f2, one of the most beautiful places on Lake Garda with its long pedestrian promenade and its majestic cathedral.
